Server Rules

Server rules and how we expect everyone to behave.

Global Channel

  • Keep it civil in global chat.
  • Profanity acceptable in moderation.
  • Offensive designations in ship/player names prohibited.
  • All transmissions must be in English for chat monitoring.
  • Identity impersonation strictly prohibited.

Operational Conduct

  • Exploits are prohibited. Report vulnerabilities to admins immediately.
  • Don't build anything that lags other players' games. Oversized builds strain the game engine on everyone's PC, so keep your builds reasonable.
  • Evidence required for all reports. Log captures, screenshots, or recordings.
  • Schedule operations around system resets. Use CB:NextRestart for timing.

Installation Guidelines

  • No installations within POI bounding volumes. Maintain clear approach vectors.
  • LandClaimDevices must maintain minimum distances from POIs.
  • Base separation: 500m minimum from all POIs.
  • Vessel separation: 500m minimum from POIs when logged off.
  • Faction abandonment: 14 days results in public access.

Standard Operating Procedures

These rules are guidelines. Admins have the final say on how they're enforced.

Breaking them can lead to kicks, bans or other action. Report problems to an admin straight away.

Discord and Chat

This is a friendly but well-run community, so keep chat and behaviour decent.

Rule-breakers face mutes, kicks or bans.
